He checks all the boxes for a steady starting goaltender. He moves with intent, has good command over his angles, and has the requisite burst and quickness to bail out his team. He's shown the ability to steal games or even a playoff series, and he's posted above-average numbers in every year Nashville has put a reasonable team in front of him. He's 36, so I worry about Father Time catching up to Rinne, but as of right now he's an elite starting goalie with a floor of a .915+ sv% and the potential to reach the high .920's.
