After struggling to produce consistently in Arizona, Domi was shipped to Montreal in the 2018 summer. Being tasked with playing as the 1C on a line with Jonathan Drouin, Domi has thrived and produced at an above point-per-game pace. His speed, playmaking, instincts, and hands all contribute to his offensive explosion. Max is a high-character player, and he's not afraid to stick up for his teammate if needed. He's a Domi, after all. He does have a history of inconsistency, (in Arizona) so it's still unclear whether his current production is truly sustainable. If so, Montreal may have found their prized center.
