CURTIS HALL - Center - 18 - Drafted 2018 #119 Overall
LAST UPDATED 2/18/19
A 4th rounder in 2018, Hall is a gritty two-way center who fits the image of a “big bad Bruin.” Currently at Yale University, Hall will probably want to use all 4 years of his NCAA eligibility to improve his skating and general awareness before going to pro hockey. While his offense is nothing to write home about, he has shown great defensive potential, and could definitely turn into a high-end bottom-6 option for the Bruins in the future. However, his lack of offense probably limits him to that role, and his development is most likely going to take a while, making Hall a worthwhile project for the Bruins but not someone who will contribute until likely around 2023.
