Former Sharks Vezina finalist was claimed off waivers after a disastrous tenure in Pittsburgh and Florida. Goalie coach Stephane Waite seems to have worked things out with him, though, as he found success after Carey Price was shut down with injuries last season. At this point, he's strictly a backup, and given his age, he's only really a truly bad stretch away from the conclusion of his NHL career.
